Talus Roofing Co.

A high-contrast, phone-first roofing site built to turn storm-season searches into calls and inspection requests.

This is a sample build. Talus Roofing Co. is a fictional company, not a real client.

Design approach

The goal: When a homeowner has a leak after a monsoon, get them to call or request an inspection within seconds.

Roofing leads are urgent and mobile. The design is loud on purpose: a deep navy and white palette, a red action color, oversized type, and the phone number repeated where a thumb expects it.

A storm-damage banner sits at the top of the page, followed by the three services homeowners search for most: repair, replacement, and inspections, plus roof-type options for tile, shingle, and foam.

A sticky call bar on mobile keeps the phone number one tap away while people scroll.

Type choices

These sample sites use system fonts, so they load instantly on any phone.

  • Leak after the storm?

Heavy system sans · Headlines and the phone number. Readable at a glance in bright sun on a phone screen.

  • Tile, shingle, and foam roofs across the Valley.

System UI sans · Body text. Short, scannable copy in a familiar face.
